Privacy Policy & Terms

This Privacy Policy & Terms document explains how Shineflow ("Shineflow", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, protects, shares, and retains information in connection with Shineflow Amazon Seller Analytics, our service-enabled analytics application and reporting workflow for authorized Amazon Selling Partners ("clients", "Selling Partners", or "you").

This document also sets out the terms that govern use of our services. It covers data accessed through Amazon Seller Central and the Amazon Selling Partner API, also known as SP-API, including Amazon Brand Analytics data where the client is eligible and has authorized access.

Shineflow handles Amazon Selling Partner data in accordance with applicable laws, contractual obligations, and applicable Amazon policies.

Part 1 — Privacy Policy

1. Information from Amazon Seller Central and SP-API

When you authorize Shineflow, we may access and process Amazon Selling Partner data from your Amazon account through Seller Central and SP-API, within the SP-API roles approved by Amazon and the scope you grant.

Shineflow accesses Amazon Selling Partner data only after authorization by the Selling Partner and only within the roles and permissions approved by Amazon and granted by the authorizing Selling Partner.

Shineflow does not request or use Amazon buyer personal information for marketing purposes. Our services are designed to support marketplace operations, analytics, reporting, and account management for the authorizing Selling Partner.

When you contact Shineflow, request a quote, submit a form, communicate with our team, or enter into a service agreement, we may collect information you provide directly, including:

Shineflow uses authorized Amazon Selling Partner data only to provide services to the authorizing Selling Partner and to operate, maintain, and support those services.

4. How We Share Information

We deliver reports, analysis, dashboards, exports, and recommendations only to the Selling Partner that authorized access.

Shineflow does not:

If Shineflow uses a third-party service provider to process non-Amazon contact or inquiry information, such as quote requests submitted through our website, that provider is required to process such information under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Shineflow does not authorize such providers to sell the information or use it for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

Shineflow retains Amazon Selling Partner data only as long as necessary to provide the authorized services, meet legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security records, or support audit and compliance requirements.

Clients may request deletion of their data or removal of access by contacting jj@shineflowseattle.com.

Upon termination of services, the client should revoke or remove Shineflow's Amazon account permissions. Shineflow will delete or de-identify retained client Amazon data where feasible and legally permitted.

Where deletion is not immediately feasible due to legal, security, backup, audit, or technical requirements, Shineflow will restrict further processing and delete or de-identify the data when retention is no longer required.

6. Security Controls

Shineflow maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Amazon Selling Partner data against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or loss.

Shineflow requests only the Amazon roles needed to deliver the authorized services.

7. Security Incident Response

Shineflow maintains an internal incident response plan for security events involving Amazon Selling Partner data and other protected business information.

The plan defines internal roles and responsibilities, escalation procedures, investigation steps, containment and recovery actions, evidence preservation, customer communication procedures, and post-incident review requirements.

Shineflow reviews and verifies its incident response plan at least every six months and updates the plan after major infrastructure changes, significant system changes, or lessons learned from security events.

If Shineflow detects a security incident involving Amazon Information, Shineflow will investigate the incident, take appropriate containment and remediation actions, preserve relevant evidence, and notify Amazon in accordance with Amazon's applicable data protection and incident reporting requirements.

Part 2 — Terms of Service

Shineflow Amazon Seller Analytics provides analytics, reporting, dashboards, analysis, recommendations, and managed marketplace operations support to authorized Amazon Selling Partners.

The specific scope of services for each client is set out in the applicable quote, order, statement of work, service agreement, or other written agreement between the client and Shineflow.

Shineflow processes authorized Amazon Selling Partner data in accordance with applicable laws, contractual obligations, and applicable Amazon policies.

Shineflow applies the security controls described in the Privacy Policy above, does not sell or resell Amazon Selling Partner data, and does not share one client's Amazon Selling Partner data with another client.

Data retention and deletion are handled as described in the Data Retention section above.

Fees for Shineflow services are quote-based and confirmed in the applicable quote, order, service agreement, or statement of work.

Published plan prices, if any, are starting points and may vary based on scope, marketplace complexity, catalog size, reporting frequency, account management needs, technical requirements, and additional service requirements.

6. Availability of Services

Shineflow's services may depend on Amazon system availability, client authorization, Amazon approval of applicable roles, API availability, marketplace-specific data availability, and the client's eligibility for certain reports or datasets.

Shineflow does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Amazon systems, SP-API, Seller Central, Brand Analytics, Amazon Warehousing and Distribution data, or any other third-party system.

7. Insights and Recommendations

Shineflow provides analytics, insights, recommendations, and reports for informational and operational support purposes.

The client remains responsible for reviewing all recommendations and making its own business decisions. Shineflow does not guarantee specific sales results, ranking improvements, advertising results, profitability, or marketplace outcomes.

8. Independent Service Provider

Shineflow is an independent service provider and is not endorsed by Amazon.

Amazon's approval of SP-API roles, solution provider status, or related access does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of Shineflow's services.

Amazon, Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Brand Analytics, Selling Partner API, SP-API, and Amazon Warehousing and Distribution are trademarks, services, or programs of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

9. Changes to Services or Terms

Shineflow may update its services, workflows, documentation, pricing, or these Terms from time to time. Material changes to this document will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
