This document explains how Shineflow ("Shineflow", "we", "us") collects, uses, protects, and retains information in connection with Shineflow Amazon Seller Analytics, our service-enabled analytics application and reporting workflow for authorized Amazon Selling Partners ("clients"). It also sets out the terms that govern use of our Services. It covers data accessed through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API), including Amazon Brand Analytics data where the client is eligible and has authorized access. We handle all such data in accordance with applicable laws and Amazon policies.
Part 1 — Privacy Policy
Information from Amazon Seller Central and SP-API (client-authorized)
When you authorize Shineflow, we may access and process the following information from your Amazon Selling Partner account through Seller Central and SP-API, within the SP-API roles approved by Amazon and the scope you grant:
- Amazon Selling Partner account and catalog data
- Advertising and performance data
- Brand Analytics data, where available to eligible and authorized Selling Partners
- Search terms, market basket, repeat purchase, and other Brand Analytics reports where authorized
- Order and customer service data only as needed for operations
Order and customer service data may include buyer personal information. We access such information only as needed to operate the authorized Services, use it only for that purpose, do not use it for marketing, and handle it in accordance with applicable laws and Amazon policies.
Information you provide directly
When you contact us or request a quote, we collect the information you submit (such as name, company, and email) to respond to your inquiry and provide the Services.
How We Use Information
We use authorized data solely to provide the requested Services to the authorizing client, and to operate, maintain, and support those Services. In particular, we use information to:
- Provide analytics, reporting, and recommendations to the authorizing Selling Partner
- Deliver Brand Analytics-related insights where the Selling Partner is eligible and has authorized access
- Operate service-enabled analytics workflows connected to authorized Amazon data
- Generate dashboards, exports, and business reviews from your authorized data
We do not use your data for any purpose unrelated to providing Services to the authorizing client.
How We Share Information
We deliver reports, analysis, and recommendations only to the Selling Partner that authorized access. Regarding sharing:
- We do not sell or resell Selling Partner data.
- We do not share one Selling Partner's data with another Selling Partner.
- We do not use Selling Partner data to provide services to another seller, except in aggregated or de-identified form where permitted by applicable law, contract, and Amazon policies.
We may share data with service providers who process it on our behalf to deliver the Services, under confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and where required by law.
Data Retention
- Selling Partner data accessed through Amazon systems or SP-API is retained only as long as necessary to provide the authorized Services, meet legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain security records.
- Clients may request deletion of their data or removal of access by contacting jj@shineflowseattle.com.
- Upon termination of services, Amazon account permissions should be revoked or removed, and Shineflow will delete or de-identify retained client Amazon data where feasible and legally permitted.
Security Controls
We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Selling Partner data against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure, including:
- Access to Amazon Selling Partner data and SP-API data is limited to authorized personnel with a business need.
- We use least-privilege access practices and request only the Amazon roles needed for service delivery.
- Where available, we use MFA, access controls, and secure credential handling.
Your Choices and Rights
- Clients may request access review, correction, deletion, or removal of Amazon data access.
- Clients can revoke Amazon authorization through their Amazon account or by contacting Shineflow for assistance.

Part 2 — Terms of Service
Services
Shineflow Amazon Seller Analytics provides analytics, reporting, dashboards, analysis, and recommendations to authorized Amazon Selling Partners. The specific scope of Services for each client is set out in the applicable order or agreement, and may vary based on marketplace count, catalog size, reporting frequency, and requested Brand Analytics scope.
Amazon Account Access and Authorization
- Shineflow may access Amazon data, including SP-API and Brand Analytics data, only after the client authorizes access.
- The client remains responsible for maintaining appropriate Amazon account permissions.
- Shineflow will use authorized Amazon data only to perform the agreed Services for that client.
Data Protection
Shineflow processes authorized Amazon data in accordance with applicable laws and Amazon policies, applies the security controls described in the Privacy Policy above, does not sell or resell Selling Partner data, and does not share one client's data with another client. Data retention and deletion are handled as described in the Data Retention section above.
Fees
Fees for the Services are quote-based and confirmed in the applicable order or agreement. Published plan prices are starting points and may vary with scope.
Disclaimers
Shineflow is an independent service provider and is not endorsed, certified, or approved by Amazon. Services depend on the client's eligibility, authorization, and the SP-API roles approved by Amazon, and on the availability of the relevant data. Insights and recommendations are provided for informational purposes; the client is responsible for its own business decisions.
