Shineflow Amazon Seller Analytics is a service-enabled analytics application and reporting workflow for authorized Amazon Selling Partners. We connect to your Amazon data through the Selling Partner API (SP-API), build the reports and dashboards that matter for your business, and pair them with the analysis and recommendations our team delivers as your operating partner.

More than software, Shineflow acts as a hands-on extension of your team — monitoring performance, spotting risks and opportunities early, and translating data into the next action. Shineflow only accesses Selling Partner data after you authorize our service, and reporting depends on your eligibility, authorization, and the SP-API roles approved by Amazon.

Authorization-first approach. Shineflow does not access any Selling Partner account data without explicit authorization from the Selling Partner. All analytics, reports, and recommendations are delivered exclusively to the Selling Partner that authorized access to the relevant account data.

Brand Analytics role alignment. These Brand Analytics services are designed to support the Brand Analytics role requested in our Solution Provider Profile. Shineflow uses authorized Brand Analytics datasets only to provide reporting, analysis, and recommendations to the Selling Partner that granted access. Brand Analytics data is made available only to eligible and authorized Selling Partners, and access is possible only after the Selling Partner authorizes Shineflow's service.

What We Do

  • Access Selling Partner data only after explicit authorization from the Selling Partner
  • Use data solely to provide analytics, reporting, and marketplace management services to the authorizing Selling Partner
  • Deliver reports and recommendations only to the Selling Partner that authorized access
  • Use Brand Analytics data only for eligible and authorized Selling Partners
  • Maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect Selling Partner data
  • Limit data access to the scope authorized by the Selling Partner and approved by Amazon
  • Honor Selling Partner requests to revoke access or delete their data

🚫 What We Do Not Do

  • Sell Amazon Selling Partner data to any third party
  • Aggregate Selling Partner data across customers for resale or disclosure to other parties
  • Publish, disclose, or share insights about Amazon's business
  • Share one Selling Partner's data with another Selling Partner
  • Access account data without prior authorization from the Selling Partner
